A layer Template folder to be placed on top of cover assets & drawing.
It has the aspect ratio for A4, for the purpose of stretching past the bleed marks for standard A4 size Deleter paper.
It should be noted that A4 was not this paper's original resolution, it was stretched out for use in my own comic cover pages. So if you want to use this at a smaller resolution, it will look fine.
-Switch on or off the 'neutral' colour tone within folder, or keep the original paper colour
