The lineart is vector.
You can change the line from the brush shape of the tool property of the object to your choice.
The lines are finished with the textured pen that is included by default.
The gradelayer is selection and finished with an airbrush. If you do not process it, you can delete it.
After making the text selection, there are some parts that have been adjusted and slightly added or copied and pasted, so there is a slight discrepancy between the text and the selection characters.
The parts that are not in the text are handwritten.
The hotel name is included as a hotel name that does not exist.
The light part is white with the white of the signboard and night tone layer. The tones are shifted in advance so that they are layered.

線画はベクターです。
オブジェクトのツールプロパティの ブラシ形状からお好みの線に変更できます。
線はデフォルトで入っている ざらつきペンで仕上げています。
グラデレイヤーは選択範囲をとってエアブラシで仕上げています。加工しない場合は削除しても大丈夫です。
テキストは選択範囲にした後に角度調整や少し書き足したりコピペした部分もあるのでテキストと選択範囲の文字は多少のズレがあります。
テキストにない部分は手書きです。
ホテル名はホテル名として存在しないものを入れています。
看板、夜トーンレイヤーのホワイトで明かり部分を白くしてます。トーンは重ね貼りになるようにあらかじめずらしています。
