I made it for my use
Not that great quality ^^;;
It's good for a moderately small cut.
Please use it in plus mode
Brush No. 1: Opacity 30% or less
Brush No. 2: Approx. 50% opacity
No. 3 brush: It is recommended to use 100% as it is.
If you want stronger light
"Copy+paste" layers to create an overlapping effect
It is natural to use Ctrl + T to change the size
When the image you are working on is large, if the brush image is broken
You can also deal with Gaussian blur.

더하기(발광) 모드로 사용해주세요
1번 브러쉬 : 불투명도 30 % 혹은 그 이하로 낮게
2번 브러쉬: 불투명도 50 % 정도
3번 브러쉬 : 100% 그대로 사용하는 것을 추천합니다.
더 강한 빛을 원한다면
레이어를 "복사+붙여넣기"해 중첩 효과를 주세요
Ctrl + T 를 이용해 크기 변경을 해가면서 이용하면 자연스러워요
작업하는 이미지가 클 때, 브러쉬 이미지가 깨진다면
'가우시안 블러'도 처리해도 괜찮아요.
