Cherry blossom blizzard -- There are probably many people who feel romantic about its sound, both in the East and West.
And perhaps, there are those who want to draw easily.
This draws a line and, by stretching it, creates a pattern resembling cherry petals,
Blur tool.
It's not a brush in the sense of a pen for drawing, so
If the background is transparent, it looks like this:

If you use layer effects, you may be able to increase the amount of background and person information.
It's a tool with limited usage, but we hope it will help you in some way.
For example, if you put it on the top with a vivid light, it looks like this.

背景が透明であれば、右のようになります。

レイヤー効果を駆使すれば、背景や人物の情報量を増やせるかもしれません。
使いどころの限られるツールですが、何かの一助になれば幸いです。
