to use this pose on female, select any 3d female body, then click "use 3d pose material " and double click this pose once you found it. ^^
to use the other legs for kick, click mirror icon. ^^
p/s : if you need more poses, check out my "Bundle Action Pose"! Each pose costs only 10cp instead of 20cp when bought individually. it's a great deal if you need more poses, but if you're happy with just this one, that's totally fine too! ^^
