its more suitable for female imo bcs it's a bit graceful.
to use this for female, select any "3d female body" , then click "use 3d pose material"and click this pose once you found it.
p/s : if you need more poses, check out my "Bundle Action Pose"! Each pose costs only 10cp instead of 20cp when bought individually. it's a great deal if you need more poses, but if you're happy with just this one, that's totally fine too! ^^
