It is a seamless pattern material with two colors, "black & transparent".
It will be one of the patterns used in the traditional handicraft "sashiko" of Japan, "Hoshi and Mitsubishi".
Since it is a pattern that could only be confirmed in the kits sold by the handicraft Olim Pass and Celia, it may be a relatively new pattern, or someone who will be angry if you distribute it.
Since you are not familiar with the publication of materials for PAINT, there may be deficiencies in the settings.
Also, since the dpi setting of the original image is low, the image may be rough for printing, so please check in advance.

手芸のオリムパスおよびセリアが販売しているキットでしか確認できなかったパターンなので、比較的新しいパターン、あるいは配布したら怒られる奴かも知れません。
PAINT用素材の公開は不慣れなため、設定等に不備があるかも知れません。
また元画像のdpi設定が低いため、印刷用としては画像が粗いかも知れませんので、事前にご確認いただくようお願いします。
