配線や排水配管、ダクトや換気扇、カーテンレール、手すりなどは当たり前で、シャワー時の補助座椅子、便座の消毒剤、個別の手洗い場所まで、精密に再現してみました。
カラーも病院や高齢者用の施設の色合いが出るように苦労しました。
便座だけでも十分なクオリティーで制作してあります。

トイレのみの仕様と、個室用のトイレ+シャワーの2セットを用意してあります。
どちらも作画しやすいように、それぞれの壁無しレイアウトと、可動アクションをしっかり入れてありますのでご確認ください。

病院や介護施設、リハビリセンターもいいですが、トイレのみのバージョンは高齢者のいる自宅用や学校、公共施設としても使えると思います。
