As the name suggests, it is a color mixing brush.
It is only for color mixing and cannot be colored. When I draw on transparent areas (for some reason), black strokes appear.

It can be mixed into various shapes depending on the stroke. 
If you change the orientation to 90, the line will lie down and the impression will change again.
