Here's another food brush to add to your food art: cooked and halved Brussels sprouts.
You can use color gradients to enhance the feel. I used silver/dark gray/white gradient to enhance the samples below. If you want to have a roasted/toast feel, use more orange, red, and dark red color gradient.
