Repeat Pattern for Water
A simple water-y repeat pattern, may help to create water patterns (or some rock/floor pattern)
Example of use:
2. Transform it (Ctrl+T) To make it in the preferred position/angle
3. In the Layer property activate "Layer color" to add the prefered tone you desire (in this case, white)
4. Rasterize the layer
5. Duplicate the layer and blur it (Filter -> Blur -> Gausian Blur)
6. Merge layers
7. Erase any unneded stuff to create your water effect
