I couldn't find any materials for the emergency light, so I made my own. 비상등 소재 아무리 찾아도 없어서 직접 만들었습니다.
This is an emergency light that I made because I needed it for webtoon work.
I don't often use this kind of effect, but when I tried to use it, it didn't come up no matter how much I searched, so I made it.
The size is about 300x400, which is not very large.
