Here are ready-to-use eyes, and they're simple to use. I've placed them all in a folder so you can edit whatever you want.
In the folder to change the eye color, you can apply different modes to get new darker and lighter shades, and also edit the opacity of the color folder if necessary. After defining how the eyes will look, group the folder by right-clicking and selecting the 'Merge selected layers' option!
Obs: For the color, I recommend choosing the 'Overlay' or 'Glow Dodge' mode.
