There is a caveat, this material uses "rotating blur".
Since rotation blur is a function from ver2 CLIP STUDIO "line drawing_speed line_rotation line" does not work well in ver1 auto action since ver1.
Please be careful if you are using CLIP STUDIO ver1.

I'm using an image of a rose brush in CLIP STUDIO.
I will explain how to speed up the line.
At a high level, it looks like this:
・Paste the layer template on the canvas.
・ Put the line drawing you want to speed line in the "Insert original line drawing" folder.
・ When adjusting the magnification rate and angle of the rotation line, transform the layer folder "Line drawing_Speed line_Rotation line".
- Execute auto action (line drawing_speed line_rotation line)
That's all.
After that, please adjust and add to your liking.
The following is a detailed explanation.
I think it is the effect that there are many lines, but it is because the operation is heavy when pasting the material.
If it is a computer with good performance, it may not bother you.
Paste the layer template on the canvas.
Small is also available, so please use this if there is no rotating line on the entire surface of the manuscript.
I think that the smaller the one, the heavier the operation will be somewhat reduced.
If you want to fill the B4 manuscript with rotating lines, use the normal one.
Also, when transforming, it is recommended to use it for deformation.
↓ When pasted, the layer (left figure) and canvas (right figure) will look like this.
The example is "line art_speed line_rotation line_for small _B4_600dpi".
Put the line art you want to convert in the "Insert original line art" folder.
The lineart can be a layer folder, vector layer raster layer anything is fine.
If you want to adjust the magnification or angle, select the "Line Art_Speed Line_Rotation Line" folder and enlarge or rotate the entire layer folder.
Perform the auto action "Transform to desired ratio or angle" or "Scale, reduce, rotate" of transformation.
Please note that if it is deformed, it will not be possible to use it because the center will be stiff.
Basically, turn off "change vector width".
Record the magnification and rotation angle values as you can enter the angle later.
I will use the rotation blur later, but leave the magnification at 100 horizontally.
For "Ellipse aspect ratio", enter the ratio when it is set to horizontal 1, so it is smoother.
You can only enter a number between 0.5 and 2.
If the height of the magnification becomes 50 or less at the time of deformation, try 0.5 for the time being.
For example, the rotation angle is the same whether it is 30 or -150, but the value that can be entered for "elliptical inclination" is limited to 90 ~ -90.
If it is -150, you have to enter it after +180, so I think it is safer to move the rotation angle at 90 ~ -90.
Then run the auto action.
If the range to be a speed line is narrow, it is recommended to create a selection so that processing such as displaying a preview when applying a blur filter later is faster.
Select the layer folder "Insert original line art" and make sure it is in the same state as the layer on the left.
If the "Speed Lines" folder is open, the auto action may not run properly.
Execute "Execute line art_speed line".
When executed, a rotation blur dialog appears.
If it is deformed, adjust the ratio and angle as described above.
Please change the numbers etc. while checking the preview to make it look good.
Next, a zigzag dialog appears.
In some cases, the line may be a little uneven, but if it seems unnecessary, it will not be executed if you press cancel.
If you uncheck the ZigZag item from the auto action, the dialog will not appear.
If you want to execute it, please change the numerical value etc. while checking the preview to make it look good.
When the auto action is complete, please make adjustments and additions as necessary.
For addition, if you do it with the fingertip tool on the "Line art copy_Rotate blurred_fine-tune" layer, the power will increase.
The fingertip tool follows the ruler by checking "→sub tool detail", "Correction" → "able to snap".
↓ It is an example of a radial speed line, but you can add it like this with the fingertip tool.
↓ Adjustment can change quite a bit just by changing the transparency of the layer.
Compared to the radial and parallel line versions, the degree of freedom is low because the number of lines and spacing cannot be adjusted.
I would like to improve it if I can think of a good method in the future.
There is a higher degree of freedom if it is not for deformation.
I think it's a good idea to turn off the change vector width and zoom in.
↓ The speed line will be a different curve from the one as it is.
Instead of speeding up the lineart, you can also draw it with an airbrush.
In that case, after pasting the layer template, if necessary, transform it as described above, and then execute "Line art_Speed line_Draw with airbrush" with "Insert original line art" selected auto action
In the "folder to put the lineart", add raster layer or vector layer layer of your choice and draw.
If the expression color of the layer is monochrome, it cannot be converted to a speed line, so please use gray or color.
It would be nice to draw with different airbrush brush size if necessary.
It's hard to draw a lot of lines by hand, so I hope I can reduce the effort.

スピード線化するやり方を説明します。
大まかには以下のようになります。
・キャンバスにレイヤーテンプレートを貼り付ける。
・「元になる線画を入れる」フォルダにスピード線化したい線画を入れる。
・回転線の拡大率や角度を調整する場合はレイヤーフォルダ「線画_スピード線化_回転線」を変形させる。
・オートアクション(線画_スピード線化_回転線)を実行
以上です。
その後お好みに合わせて調整、加筆をしてください。
下記は細かめな説明です。
線がたくさんある影響かと思いますが素材の貼り付け時などに動作が重ためになります。
性能のいいパソコンですと気にならないのかもしれません。
キャンバスにレイヤーテンプレートを貼り付けます。
小も用意しているので原稿全面には回転線が入らない場合にはこちらをお使いください。
小の方が多少は動作の重さが軽減されると思います。
B4原稿いっぱいに回転線を入れる場合には通常のものを使用してください。
また、変形させる時は変形用がおすすめです。
↓貼り付けるとレイヤー(左図)とキャンバス(右図)はこんな感じになります。
例は「線画_スピード線化_回転線_小_B4_600dpi用」です。
変換したい線画を「元になる線画を入れる」フォルダに入れてください。
線画はレイヤーフォルダでもベクターレイヤー、ラスターレイヤーなんでも大丈夫です。
拡大率や角度を調整したい場合には「線画_スピード線化_回転線」フォルダを選択してレイヤーフォルダを丸ごと拡大や回転をしてください。
オートアクションの「希望の比率や角度に変形」の実行や変形の「拡大・縮小・回転」から行ってください。
変形すると変形用ではないものは中央がグシャッとして使えなくなるのでご注意ください。
「ベクターの太さを変更」は基本的にはオフにしてください。
拡大率と回転角の数値は後ほど角度の入力があるので記録してください。
後ほど回転ぼかしを利用しますが拡大率は横は100のままにしてください。
「楕円の縦横比」は横1とした時の比率を入力しますのでその方がスムーズです。
入力できる数値は0.5〜2に限られています。
変形時に拡大率の縦が50以下になる場合には0.5でとりあえずやってみてください。
回転角について例えば30でも-150でも同じ角度になりますが、「楕円の傾き」は入力できる数値は90～-90に限られています。
-150ですと+180してから入力しないといけないので回転角も90～−90で動かした方が無難かなと思います。
次にオートアクションを実行します。
スピード線化する範囲が狭い場合には選択範囲を作っておくと後ほどぼかしフィルターをかける時のプレビューの表示などの処理が速いのでおすすめです。
レイヤーフォルダ「元になる線画を入れる」を選択し、左図のレイヤーと同じ状態にしてください。
「スピード線」フォルダが開いた状態になっていたりするとオートアクションがうまく実行できない場合があります。
「線画_スピード線化を実行」を実行してください。
実行すると回転ぼかしのダイアログが出ます。
変形している場合は前述のように比率や角度を合わせてください。
プレビューを確認しながら数値等を変更し、いい感じにしてください。
次にジグザグのダイアログが出ます。
これは場合によっては少し線が不均一になってくれるかなあと一応入れていますが、不要そうな時はキャンセルを押せば実行されません。
オートアクションからジグザグの項目のチェックを外せばダイアログも出てこなくなります。
実行する場合はプレビューを確認しながら数値等を変更し、いい感じにしてください。
オートアクションが完了したら必要に応じて調整、加筆をしてください。
加筆については「線画コピー_回転ぼかし済み_微調整用」レイヤーに指先ツールで行うと迫力が増します。
指先ツールは「サブツール詳細」→「補正」→「スナップ可能」にチェックを入れると定規に沿います。
↓放射状のスピード線での例ですが指先ツールでこんな感じに加筆できます。
↓調整はレイヤーの透明度を変更するだけでも結構変わります。
放射状、平行線バージョンに比べると線の本数や間隔などの調整ができず自由度が低いです。
今後いい方法を考えられたら改良していきたいと思います。
変形用じゃない方がいろいろ自由度は高いです。
ベクターの太さを変更をオフにし、拡大してみたりするのもいいと思います。
↓スピード線がそのままとは違ったカーブになります。
線画をスピード線化するのではなく、エアブラシで描画もできます。
その際にはレイヤーテンプレートを貼り付けた後に必要な時は前述のやり方のように変形させてから「元になる線画を入れる」を選択した状態でオートアクション「線画_スピード線化_エアブラシで描画」を実行してください。
「線画を入れるフォルダ」にラスターレイヤーかベクターレイヤーかお好みのレイヤーを追加して描画してください。
レイヤーの表現色がモノクロですとスピード線化できないのでグレーかカラーにしてください。
必要に応じてエアブラシのブラシサイズを変えて描画するといい感じになります。
手描きで線をいっぱい描くと大変なので労力を軽減できたらと思います。
