If you have a lot of knowledge of brushes, can arrange them, or are willing to DL things that are not practical, thank you. Maybe it can be used for some other texture.
Use dark colors as main color and light colors as sub color, then select main color (dark colors) and then draw. Personally, I think it would be better to add more description to the feeling of excitement and tingling.

濃い色をメインカラーにして薄い色をサブカラーにしてから、メインカラー(濃い色)を選択してから描きます。個人的にホクホク感、こんがり感はさらに描写を加えた方が良いと思います。
