After dragging to the canvas, click
Please enable "apply light source" from "tool property" in the 3D layer before use.
Since the bone is set, you can use the existing pose data.
You can switch between jackets and shirts from "Torso" in the 3D tool property.
Alternatively, you can switch to the headless version and put a different head material on it.

3Dレイヤーの『ツールプロパティ』から『光源の影響を受ける』を有効にしてご使用ください。
ボーンを設定してあるので既存のポーズデータが使用できます。
3Dツールプロパティの『胴体』からジャケットとシャツを切り替えできます。
その他、首なしのバージョンに切り替えて、別の頭部素材を載せることもできます。
