It is a brush that looks like one side of the airbrush has been scraped, with a hard left side and a gradient erase (blur) on the right side.
It can be used in various scenes depending on how you use it to create texture and three-dimensionality, makeup, effects, etc.
Due to the specifications of the brush, the direction of the gradient with respect to the stroke is fixed, so please rotate / flip the canvas or flip the tip of the brush left and right.
