It is a handheld gimbal for smartphones.
It works to some extent.
The smartphone is attached as a bonus, but if you already have a 3D mobile phone (smartphone material, etc.), I think it is possible to use it.
You should be able to use it if you drag and drop it to the object list and place it on the smartphone level.
(Object layering is supported at clip studio 2 and above.)

オブジェクリストへドラッグアンドドロップでスマホ階層に配置してもらえれば使えるはずです。
