How to use
(1) Rastize after changing the downloaded barrier to your preferred size and orientation
(2) Select a white color from the color palette and apply [Edit] → [change color of line to drawing].
(3) Add a layer and fill the outside of the barrier with an appropriate color.
(4) Hide the barrier layer and fill the inside of the barrier with a blue color.
(5) Erase the appropriate color painted outside the barrier by fill it transparently.
(6) show layer barriers
(7) Change the opacity of the layer painted in blue

使用方法
①ダウンロードしたバリアを好みのサイズや向きに変更した後ラスタイズ
②カラーパレットから白系の色を選択し、[編集]→[線の色を描画色に変更]を適用
③レイヤーを追加して、バリアの外を適当な色で塗りつぶす
④バリアのレイヤーを非表示にし、バリアの中を青系の色で塗りつぶす
⑤バリアの外に塗った適当な色を透明で塗りつぶして消す
⑥バリアのレイヤーを表示する
⑦青で塗ったレイヤーの不透明度を変更する
