Was made for my own use, but thought I'd share it too.
Possibly Free for 48hr, not sure quite yet.
Alter and add to it however you would like; I found I like to layer it and change the layer type to ADD or of another setting to glow.
To change colors I suggest using a gradient map or creating a clipping mask, overlay/hue, layer above and filling it with the desired color.
