Since this is a standard character rig, you should be able to use any standard pose (with a little tweaking here and there) When the model is first imported, it will have no lighting (It needs to be turned on) to do so, first open the display object list menu, as shown below
Next, go down to the Shadows menu (1) and click on the apply light source checkbox (2).
After that, the model should show up with lighting!
