I think that if you draw the eyeball larger, it will be more powerful to the eye.
It may be a good idea to draw it smaller and make it look like Sanpaku eyes.
I haven't messed with my ears, so please adjust them by yourself.

眼球を大きめに描くと目に迫力がでていいと思います。
あえて小さめに描いて三白眼っぽくするのもいいかも。
