It's like goosebumps. You may be able to use it to draw realistic skin, fruit surfaces, or leather products.
I think that if you apply a thin layer to the entire skin, it will be slightly uneven.
After that, it may be nice to add highlights and draw them with luminescence etc. and scrape the outside.
Adjust the drawing interval to your liking.
ぷつぷつした鳥肌みたいな感じです。リアル調の肌とか果物の表面とか革製品を描くときに使えるかもしれません。
肌全体に薄ーく塗ると微妙なムラになっていいと思います。
そのあとハイライトを加算発光等でザックリ描いて外側を削ったりするといい感じになるかもです。
描画の間隔はお好みで調整してください。
