This bluish brown eye was for a multicolored eye called sectoral heterochromia.
Eye and eyelashes are made of four primitive to make the eye they are together.If you wish to make the eye parts big or small please separate them in order to do it hold down the primitive part then move out of group.

You will have another eye primitive if you would like to have two different eye color or same of each one.
To make the eye wink or close just duplicate the top and bottom eyelashes.
