【Bonus】
Example of creating a neon-like sign using this material
1 Write a sign with a white pen (normal layer)
2 Create a new layer, clip "1" and apply a gradient
3 Copy and merge the "1 2" layer →change →gaussian blur the screen layer
4Copy the layer of "1 2" and change →gaussian blur the combined →linear light etc. (normal, etc.)
*This is a personal method. This is just an example.

【おまけ】
こちらの素材を使用したネオン風サインの作成例
1 白いペンでサインを書く(通常レイヤー)
2 新規レイヤーを作成し「1」をクリッピングしグラデーションをかける
3 「1 2」のレイヤーをコピーし結合→スクリーンレイヤーに変更→ガウスぼかしをかける
4「1 2」のレイヤーをコピーし結合→リニアライト等(通常などでも可能)に変更→ガウスぼかしをかける
※個人的な方法です。あくまで例となります。
