It is a pose in which you are snapping your fingers. It can be used with both right and left hands. 指をパッチンと鳴らしているポーズです。右手・左手両方に使用可能です。
It can be used for initial 3D models and hand part 3D models.
It can be used on either the left or right hand.
Depending on the length of the fingers in the 3D model, the thumb and middle finger will be misaligned.
In that case, I think it would be nice to tweak only the base of the thumb.
