An anime eye with a thick outline similar to that of a cat.
This is the style in which I do anime eyes. I was inspired by the beautiful eyes of a cat as well as iconic Egyptian culture makeup style depictions.

*The background is transparent. It is literally an eye made with a pencil brush. I use pencil to maintain a nice taper and make it look soft yet striking. I find that it is hard to pull off this bold yet elegent look with a G-pen or other ink tool.
Here's an example of how it looks in a finished illustration like in my style:
Granted, my character has black sclera, but it goes to show that the eyeline being thick like this and stylized is also very striking.
