This is a 3D unit with a kitchen and living room with balcony.
It is a corner room of a very common modern apartment complex.
The wall surface in 6 directions and the furniture are all independent object, so disturbing object can be shown / hidden and moved freely.
If you feel that the rotation is heavy, hide unnecessary walls and furniture, rotate them, and return the display when you reach the angle you want.
It is more efficient to work that way.
Windows, doors, refrigerators, ovens, etc. are set to move, so you can easily open and close them with a knob.

回転が重く感じたら、不要な壁や家具を非表示にしてから回転させ、欲しい角度になったら表示を戻すなどしてください。
その方が作業効率が良いです。
窓やドア、冷蔵庫やオーブンなどには可動設定してありますのでつまみで簡単に開閉できます。
