Version 1 and 2 of this brush are being discontinued; all progression moving forward will be made to version 3.
What it does
This brush recreates how hair color changes under whiteish or yellowish sunlight. therefor the simple explination is that it changes colors based on pen pressure. Light pressure outputs darker colors while heavy pressure outputs lighter brighter colors.
In addition to changing colors, the brush, also has a custom hair material that I created. I would like to add that my main focus for this brush is the color changing side of it and that my sights will be set on improving that aspect mainly but I will like to work on perfecting the material as well later down the road.
How to use
It's very easy to use; the main thing that you absolutely need to do is to change the sub color to a dominant yellow hue like H: 60 S: 100 V: 100, then switch back to the main color for when you use the brush.
Advanced use:
In the tool property panel several control options have been added and each one of them have been capped at a cetain amount so dont feel afraid to play around with them.
The saturation, luminosity, and blend with sub color sliders are all set intended to adjust the percieved whiteishness or yellowishness that is seen in hair color.
Watercolor edge opacity controls the bloom radiating from the hair
Angle adjusts the hair material in the case you'd like to mix things up a bit
That pretty much covers things. Ill be working on improving this brush adding more features and veriety to it so don't forget to come back and check for updates and feel free to message me if you have suggetions or features you would like to see as this brush progresses. Anyway, thanks for downloading and happy painting.
