It's ideal for that kind of people that only uses shorcuts for everything and needs to have a clear view of everything, in my case, is it due to having a very tiny (laptop) screen.
It is also ideal for people with a lot of brushes and that uses windows just for short periods of time, but still use them everytime they draw.
