In your Downloads, click on the head, hold and drag it to your illustration. If you want to connect it to a body, it's simple, just drag it to a 3D body model. To use it in the illustration, lower the opacity to approximately 50%, change the layer color to blue, and create a new layer on top, drawing on the top one.
