I made it with Sakura which I drew with my own Usuzumi brush.

It is safe to duplicate the original brush and do it.
Because it is a color brush, I cannot do the color change drawing, but edit it using layer color changes/tonal correction/gradient map addition etc. after drawing.
FYI: In the [layer property] border effect, the color you choose affects the outline of the petals and the thin part. Try your favorite color scheme
