The bed is large enough to accommodate the default male and female models.
The default LT conversion can look messy. You may need to disable all “direction of detection” to clean up the lines.
The pillows can be adjusted manually or using the layout presets. Both the pillows and blankets can be removed using the layout presets.
To remove all bedding and leave a bare/stripped mattress, you will need to select the “No sheets” material and the “No bedding” layout.
