The prism brush of the Shining star type. Two kinds of sets. One color is reflected in a favorite color from a palette. It is a pretty finish brush when I use it in a light emitting layer. It is blurred, so it fits well with the illustration.
The size of the particles can be changed by changing the particle size.
If you use it large, I think it is cute to blur it with a filter or lower the layer transparency.
