The round cut is a four-nail piercing.

The size of the stone is made in diameter of 3.1 mm. (Equivalent to 0.1 ct in diamond)
Adjust the scale to match the scene and character.
The case and the piercing and the catch are different object and move freely respectively.
The lid of the case opens and closes.
