You can draw healed scars on skin by pressing lightly, or draw a lot of blood and an open wound by pressing hard, just like cutting with a real knife. You can get thin streaks by drawing faster. The brush has transparent gaps so it works with every skin and blood color. You can change the wound angle in the settings.
