Steps for usage
- Make a new layer
- Fill layer to be solid black
- switch layer to "Add Glow"
- You have to do this in order to see the brush on the canvas
The order the add glow is in, in your layers can affect how it appears.
Your secondary color shows as the inside of the lightning, and the main color is the outside/border
