Simple 3D Miniature Room template with 2 type of border (Sharp Edge and Round Edge)
** If you experience some lagging, I suggest turning some of the pieces off
(turning a lot of them on at once can cause a performance issue in some case) **
both Round and Sharp edge has 12 customizable pieces each. You can turn them on and off in the Object List menu
Each piece can be customize to your liking (you can also mix both round and sharp edge together if you want)
By default (it should) be set at this layout, but I made some simple layout as an example that you can play around.
