This is a simple head model with multiple skin tone options. Please ignore the layout options they dont really do anything and the lines shown on the dark skinned model have been fixed. The material options are where you can change between the three. I reccomend turning off the lighting and shadows and using this mostly for frontal views for this to work best. The eyes are not 3D so from the side they can look a little wonky.
