It is a brush that I tried to reproduce because I like the pencil brush of a certain iPad app. I don't think it's that heavy. Maybe 某iPadアプリのエンピツブラシが好きなので再現してみたブラシです。そんなに重くないと思います。たぶん。
It is a pencil-like brush of a certain painter app, Pronantoka.
The comparison is like this. It might change by the version update because a little paper of the texture is insufficient.
It might be able to use it for thick coating with brush size fat. The settings of pen pressure is strong and the thicker the thick line is easy to come.

比較するとこんな感じ。少しテクスチャの紙っぽさが足りないのでバージョン更新で変わるかもしれません。
ブラシサイズ太めで厚塗りに使えるかもしれません。筆圧設定は強めで、濃く太い線が出やすくなっています。
