This is basically a pose I was using for a drawing I was making and I thought might as well upload it in case some people want it as a custom pose
There is no limit on how to use this pose, go ahead and use it for whatever you want, if I figure out some other poses that can be good I'll upload some more,

To get this specific body model I recommend changing your default 3d model, the one used here is the drawing figure ver 2 female, which you can find in preferences, guide will be below the model.
You can also change it by going into the toolbar
as in the picture below
