Find an Aurora or a meteor draw.
Then adjust the layer by increasing the gaussian blur.

夜空の通常レイヤを作成し、加算（発光）のレイヤを作成し
オーロラや流星の描画をして下さい。
その後、レイヤーを増やしガウスぼかしなどを行うなどで調整。
