FYI : It is the area between shadow and skin color that transition by lighting called "Terminator". It make skin look more fresh when having it.
I'm too lazy to draw it manually so I make Auto action out of it :P
How to use it :
1.Hold color of your choice. It could be red-orange or dark pink depend on your character.
2.Select your (Blended)Shadow layer
3.Activate and done
You can adjust color density by increase opacity
Incase it doesn't work properly: Make selection(ctrl+click) on the main shadow layer and delete in Terminator layer manually

It will look like this if you use both of them together, it might need some tweak but I will provide in 1.2 version if I like the tweaked version.
