Toning layer property effect → toning and adjust the number of lines. Change the thickness of the tonal correction.
The brush is set to come out at random. Adjust the size and spacing.
The main color I had in the pre-update material, I increased the brush instead of the brush that can change color in sub color.
The brush which can change the color is published free of charge, and, please download it from there.

トーン化はレイヤープロパティの効果→トーン化で、線数は調整してください。濃さは色調補正などで変更してください。
ブラシはランダムで出る設定にしてあります。大きさ・間隔など調整してください。
アップデート前の素材集に入っていた、メインカラー、サブカラーで色変更できるブラシの代わりにブラシを増やしました。
色変更できるブラシは無料で公開していますのでそちらから追加ダウンロードをお願いします。
