It is a brush that attempts to simulate the use of wet painting sponges. This set includes a regular brush and a spreading brush, each with one-tone and two-tone varieties. There are also three different blenders — one suited for spreading/blending, one suited for lighter mixing, and one suited for blurring.
The two-tone brushes change color based on pen pressure. Light pressure becomes the foreground color, and heavy pressure becomes the background color. Pictured are the two colors I used for this display.
Note that the blenders are shown on each of the stripes at the bottom. Smudge is a more controlled blend, mixer is a bit watery, and blur is, well, blurry.
Get a more spongy look from dotting/dabbing your stylus! Varied pressure with two-tone makes a lovely effect.
It may not be suitable for inking, but I like the coloring effects. Please enjoy!
