A soft painterly brush intended to be used to either blend or give a "wash" of a color over another.
There was no specific thought of how it should be used, other than that I wanted it to blend nicely. Although this one's blending isn't as subtle of a shift or as flawless, it's a good way to mix colors. PArticuarly when trying to mix different hues together. Doesn't have too much trouble layering over other colors, but would suggest you use multiple strokes. As it brings out the other hue with more opasity as you do. Lower opacity brush (mildly)
