A water drop that you can add to your images.
After you have added the material to your layer that is above your background layer or the layer with the image you want to add water drops to. Then, set the Blending Mode to Overlay, or for the best results set it to Vivid Light.
You can duplicate the rain drop as many times as you want and modify the shape using the Liquify Tool.
