Light flecks effect for eyes and more
2 light fleck effects brush, made for use on eyes but you could use it for sunlight, lens effect or halos too!
Brush 1: Single light flecks that change rotation according to pen rotation, if your device doesn't support rotation you can adjust it manually on the tool settings panel.
Brush 2: Radial version of brush 1, I recommend you do 1 layer with Add or Overlay mode and a Normal layer on top.
Looks amazing over a darker background as-is, but play around with layer modes for best results!
