I think it's rather easy to use because it has no habits.
I think you can use it as it is, or change the type and thickness of the line.

Since it is only one hand, please use it by flipping left and right.
▼ In the following usage example, copy and paste the vector layer as it is, shrink & flip left and right.
I use it with a different line width. (The lines on the arm part have been erased)
