You can use it for the surprise element such as horror game and paste as it is, the background of the person, and the old man on the top left to composition to see you. The position of the old man can be changed by flipping, reversing, and transforming. (I think that it is easy to do because it is almost black except the top)
Old man, I think that it is good to be the devil because I have a long ear.
そのまま貼り付けてホラーゲームなどのビックリ要素に使用したり、人物の背景にして、左上のおっさんがおにゃのこを見ている構図にしたり。左右反転、変形することでおっさんの位置は変更できます。（上部以外はほぼ黒なのでやりやすいと思います）
おっさん、耳が長い気がするので悪魔って事にしても良いと思います。
